Direct Admission Pathway
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity is proud to offer high school students easier access to higher education. Through our direct admission pathway, current high school seniors in the Eastern Panhandle are automatically accepted at Shepherd, based on the district requirements below.
Students eligible for the automatic acceptance will receive notification of their eligibility and an online form to complete, beginning the enrollment process (and eliminating the need to complete a traditional application, pay fees, and submit documentation for acceptance).
Requirements by School District
Berkeley County Schools (BCS)
Students graduating from the following high schools, with a GPA of 2.5 or higher, will be granted automatic admission at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity.
- Hedgesville High School
- Martinsburg High School
- Musselman High School
- Spring Mills High School

Jefferson County Schools (JCS)
At this time, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity is only partnering with Berkeley County Schools on this initiative. However, we are working to establish a similar partnership with Jefferson County Schools.
Morgan County Schools (MCS)
At this time, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity is only partnering with Berkeley County Schools on this initiative. However, we are working to establish a similar partnership with Morgan County Schools.
