How do I transfer my earned college credits?
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity will transfer all college-level credits from regionally-accredited schools; however, a maximum of 72 credits from community colleges and 90 credits from four-year institutions can be applied toward a degree. A minimum of 30 credit credit hours must be complete at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøto earn a bachelor’s degree. Look up course equivalents using the . Following admission, transfer students will receive an official degree evaluation, showing how credits transferred and are applied to their selected selected major.
I’ve already earned my associate’s degree; how does ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity transfer the credits?
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity has 2+2 agreements with multiple community colleges for students who’ve already obtained an associate’s degree. Holders of a baccalaureate, associate of arts, or associate of science degree from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøUniversity—or any other regionally-accredited institution—will not not be re-evaluated for meeting the Core Curriculum requirements (except where the academic program requires specific Core Curriculum coursework). Students with an AAS or RBA degree will continue to be evaluated for the Core Curriculum requirements.
Are there specific scholarships designed for transfer students?
Yes, there are several scholarship opportunities available to transfer students! Scholarships are available through the Office of Admissions, Office of Financial Aid, and Global Leadership Team, in addition to residency-based scholarships and many private scholarships awarded by other agencies. In addition, through our 2+2 agreements, students demonstrating strong academic achievement can receive discounted tuition.
All transfer students, who attended an institution other than our partnered institutions, are eligible for the academic transfer scholarship based on the criteria below.
