*Please note that our rooms are only available for reservations聽Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.聽During the spring (January – April) and fall (September – December) semesters, our rooms can book up very quickly, so please contact us several weeks in advance of your event to check the availability of our spaces.

If you would like to have food served during your event, please notify us when you make your reservation. The Byrd Center is not responsible for coordinating catering, but 黑料吃瓜网University offers a catering service. You may contact 黑料吃瓜网Catering at (304) 876-5145.聽
Parking may be limited on campus during semesters when classes are in session. You can obtain a temporary parking pass from the campus police by contacting (304) 876-5374.聽
鈥婸ets are not allowed in the Byrd Center, with the exception of service animals.
